Patients can view and manage their medical records through Piedmont MyChart. Healthcare professionals and authorized requestors must use Piedmont Link, also known as P-Link.

Patients can view test results, visit summaries, medications, appointments, and other available health information through their Piedmont MyChart account.

Medical records needed for care coordination or authorized professional access must be obtained through Piedmont Link, also known as P-Link. Supportive Medicine Specialists does not directly fulfill external medical-record requests through this website.

Already have access to Piedmont Link? Sign in to view available patient records, visit notes, medications, laboratory results, and care plans.

Request P-Link Access

Healthcare professionals who are part of a patient’s care team and do not yet have access must request credentials through Piedmont Link.

Which option should I use?

Use MyChart if you are a patient accessing your own medical information. Use Piedmont Link or P-Link if you are a healthcare professional or authorized requestor accessing records for care coordination.
